Hello, darlings!

Well – the first week of our little experiment didn't go badly at all, did it? You lot seem to have enjoyed the post about receipts, and I got quite a bit of feedback along the lines of 'you're right, young 'uns do need to know this'. There were even some real-life examples thrown in from some of you! I'm happy that my little post has been so well-received, and I hope this one goes over as well as the previous one, even though it's about a very different subject.

Well, the weather apparently continues to not be able to make up its mind as to what season it's supposed to be! So, while we all patiently await the arrival of summer, I thought I'd entertain you lot with our usual dose of courier work related goodness!

Well, here we are – at the end of another month already! I swear, they seem to fly by faster every time, don't they? I suppose that's what happens when we spend our time having interesting interactions and discussions about all aspects of courier and delivery work - the way we are known to do around here!

Before I begin, let me say – for the hundredth time – how much I love having you all as readers. I don't usually have time to talk about the number of messages I get to my email week in and week out (except when I'm talking about answers to a reader interaction), so believe me when I say, it's quite a significant amount! And most of them talk about how my blog is one of their Internet 'pit stops' every week, and their favourite place to read about and discuss what it means to be a courier driver. So thank you all very, very much, and I hope I can continue being a source of enjoyment for you with my little corner of the Internet.

Well, what can I say? I do love being right! Last week, I predicted that whatever answers my darlings gave to the reader interaction question of the week would be varied, interesting, and worth the trouble of coming up with a question in the first place. And wouldn't you know it, this week, you lot proved me right – again.

Well, spring has sprung at long last! Even if the weather still wants to be a bit naughty and give us the occasional chilly day, I think it's safe to say that dreadful, long, interminable winter is finally behind us!
